Orillo Subscription requires you have the following.

FAQS

Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • Evenings, weekends or other timezones

    Office Hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. 


    Traveling in the UK is not deducted from billable hours.


    Weekend and evening shoots come at an additional cost.


    Weekend or fast-turnaround edits come at additional costs


    We can work in other time zones. 

  • How do we manage expenses ?

    Basic production expenses are covered in the cost. All crew while on-set have allocated £40 per head which is paid by Orillo. Mileage of 420 is included which can get to most locations, move kit, pick up props etc if needed.


    Orillo will pay for all expenses and would be included in that next months invoice


    All expenses will be pre-approved before they are made. We have listed the most common expenses.


    Props, talent, Location, travel, specialist kit hire

  • Am I fully insured?

    Producer Indemnity  - All shoots are insured up to the value of £20,000 per project. This means if we lose or damage your data we can re-shoot at no extra cost.


    Public Liability up to £5M for all shoots.


    Travel insurance is a worldwide cover.

     

    Orillo Employee Insurance.


    Professional Indemnity up to 5million.

  • Can I have access to RAW footage

    Clients own the end product, i.e the film that we make. 


    We do not send RAW footage to be edited or used by any additional teams or agencies unless agreed separately. Additional fees apply.  

  • How long do you keep a back-up for?

    We take back-up, security, and access very seriously at Orillo as we know how important content can be.


    All your footage is backed up for 1 year as standard.


    We have three forms of back-up:


    Space - Your footage is stored on the 'space' hard drive while it's being edited. Easy access with just a click of a button for any quick changes. While on the space, we duplicate and store all footage and edit files as a backup.

     

    Nearline - You might need access but it's not instant. I.e: you know you might want to come back to the project in a month or so.


    Deep Storage - Once we finish the project we copy your project to our deep storage device. This is stored in a Fireproof, locked safe. Access to this footage requires at least 48hours notice and requires editor time at additional cost.
