We are currently not looking to grow our team. Think You'll be a good fit or want to meet the team, feel free to introduction yourself.
This role will primarily sit within our VFX team, but will require someone who is multiskilled, with the ability to work across After Effects and Premiere Pro.
We will require the successful applicant to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, bring ideas to life, and have creative input into pre-production.
You will always work alongside a Producer who will manage the client, but you will need to make creative decisions and provide rationale for clients on best practice, helping them to understand your craft and to explain why technical decisions have been made.
You will work alongside a Producer to ensure we are producing the highest standard of work, pushing our boundaries and making suggestions about creative decisions.
Project-dependant, you may be required to go on set and provide VFX support and guidance to crew and clients, ensuring Orillo has the assets required to fulfill each job - but you will have the support of the in-house VFX team to prepare for this. We have listed in more detail the requirements and responsibilities of this position on the next page, to give a more thorough understanding of what the role entails.
Specific Responsibilities
• A competent knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro, with advanced experience in 3D software [MAYA, Cinema 4D, etc.]
• The ability to see a project through from concept to completion, ranging from a few days to a few months.
• An eye for creative design and the ability to build custom assets.
• A diverse portfolio of motion graphic skills.
• Able to conceptualise and implement 2D and 3D animation.
• Able to work across teams (Pre, Production & Post) to concept, design, develop, build and deliver projects.
• Positive attitude and not afraid to push creative boundaries.
• A team player but also content working alone.
• Comfortable working for high-end clients.
• Able to manage the pressure of tight deadlines and communicate effectively with Post-Producer and Producer if any issues or delays arise.
• Punctual, with strong time-management skills.
• Professional manner, both in front of other employees and the client.
• Attentative to constructive criticism and feedback.
• Willing and able to travel for work [to shoots and occasionally to our other studio locations].
• Occasionally required on set to give guidance/work with Production Team

• Life insurance
• Flexible working hours and remote working on Fridays
• Time off in lieu
• Annual away trips and away days for team building

We are looking for someone to come and take our Pre-Production department by storm. This role has a lot of responsibility attached to it, so we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of Producing experience.
This role will involve the handling of all of our accounts, with a big focus on client management and relationship building.
Working closely with our Assistant Producer, it will be the Senior Producer's job to ensure all of our projects are running smoothly: organising shoot logistics, sourcing crew and talent, overseeing post-production, and handling clients with a calm, collected focus.
We will also need the successful applicant to work alongside our Creative team to develop decks and briefs, so experience with In Design or Photoshop and a passion for idea development are desirable.
